About Me

Hello! I’m Jessie

And I’ve been at this online business thing for well over a decade. And unlike everyone else out there sharing their success, I’m part of the majority and has failed and struggled.

So we’re changing things now!

Brain Dump Virtual is where I’m sharing everything about growing a health business online that doesn’t follow the norm. All the backend stuff!

So if you you’ve been craving real posts, tools on a budget, content plans outside of the norm, real-time content tests, social media when you hate it and doing it all for slow success, then welcome!
I’d love to connect and keep eachother accountable.

And remember, I’m not an expert, but I have spent WAY too much money to try and be. So let’s see what happens this time!
